CANCELLATION OF A BUNGALOW BOOKING

• In case of receipt of cancellation within 60 days prior to the expected date of arrival, your pre-payment will be refunded after deduction of € 100,00 administration fee and incidental bank transfer charges.
• In case of receipt of cancellation within 59 to 8 days prior of the expected date of arrival, “Stork Camping Stork” will issue a voucher for the value of the sum paid, after deduction of € 100,00 administration fee. The voucher expires the year following the year of issue. Please, note that the voucher will be issued only in those cases of proven occurrence of an unforeseeable event such as:
  1. illness, injury, or death of the subscriber of the reservation or of one of the other members-previously named in the personal data form – upon presentation of a medical certificate.
  2. the subscriber of the reservation has been dismissed from work –upon presentation of a copy of employer’s letter of dismissal.
• In case of receipt of cancellation within 7 days prior to the expected day of arrival, no refund is due.

CANCELLATION OF A PITCH BOOKING

• In case of receipt of cancellation within 60 days prior to the expected day of arrival, your pre payment will be refunded after deduction of € 50,00 administration fee and contingent bank transfer charges.
• In the event of receipt of cancellation within 59 days prior to the expected date of arrival, no refund is due.

DELAYED ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES

• In case of delayed arrivals notified within 7 days prior to the date of arrival and caused by such unforeseeable events as mentioned above, a special voucher for the un – used days will be issued.
• In case of early departures due to illness or injury – upon presentation of medical certificate, a voucher will be issued as refund.
• In case of advanced departure for different reasons than illness or accident of a member, no refund is provided.
